Thanks Dave, I think I'm starting to get the formatting down.
My big question is if it's possible for anyone to upload a picture to the site, for the sake of having it be around in 5 or 10 years. That is the big problem with the MR2OC stickies, because half of them are broken and the gold member picture hosting is terrible.

Uploading is possible. Use the password 'bluetwo'. Moving forward I'm trying to host all images from a central flickr account (saves bandwidth, and space), but I don't yet have a way for everyone else to upload to that.

Thanks Dave, only took me a half dozen tries to get it to work. The bright yellow highlighting did not get through my thick skull.
